All About Kailah
Did you know that I have the Best Daughter Ever! Let me tell you a few things about my KK! She is my smart, beautiful, helpful, compassionate, obedient, emotional, kind, loving, determined, strong, talkative, a fashionista; and she is cute, fun, happy, a future chef, a wonderful big sister and one of my best friends! I love this girl more than life! She is always helping me and taking care of our family in the ways she knows how. She worries about her siblings and works hard to help them be happy. She helps me in the kitchen, does daddy's dishes, and vacuums the carpets! She recently started first grade and is gone all day... and I really miss her! Sometimes when I drop her off to school, I think about my long day with out her and tear up a little- I just love it when she is home. She is currently learning to read and working so hard by practicing everyday! Now one of our favorite activities is going to the book store! We both love all things Disney, and read the Tinkerbell books together at night. Kailah still likes to be called KK, her self imposed nick-name from when she was 2. She loves to sing along with the radio... especially if it is a Hannah Montana song. She loves for me to take her picture and can't help but pose when the camera comes out. She is especially fond of her Aunt Mari (who spoils her rotten!), and her Aunt Crystal (who is like her 2nd mother!), and talks about them constantly. She loves to go on dates with her daddy, and to go get her nails done with mommy. One of Kailah's best friends is her cousin Aubi- who she misses dearly. Her favorite anything absolutely HAS to be pink. She is always a passionate little girl, who feels life to the fullest. She can occasionally be a little self-conscious and worries about her place in this world- but that vulnerability just makes her all the more precious! I just had to give a little time today- to tell you all, just how much I love, how much I need, and how much I could not live with out, my little KK.

I love my KK too!! You are such a cool kid and I know your a super helper to your Mom too. We miss you a lot, even if Aubrie can't always talk to you when we want her to... she just misses you so much, she sometimes has a bad day! I can't wait until I can come out to see your new house and your room and just hang out with my girlie again... promise me you'll keep being a good big sister to Jack and Lily? I love you kiddo... I'll send you a prize in the mail from NY okay?
KK we love u!!! We wish we could hang out everyday! You always give the best hugs and are always so happy and fun to be around! Your pictures are so cute and I especially love you in that headband. Uncle spike loves u and misses you to- he thinks you are really smart! Thanks for being such a great niece!!!
What can I say about my favorite KK? I love her to pieces!!! I only wish that I could see you more often! I am afraid that you might forget your unlce Ammon! You are so special to me that I never want you to forget me. I am going to come and pay you a special visit in December, ok? Hang out time for us...so you never forget about me! I love you KK...youre growing up to be such a beautiful girl...just like your mom.

We can't wait until we see you and your family again---and hey, maybe we can have a cool sleepover or something right? We could even have Liah come too. Then you could show us all your amazing new reading skills!

Aunt Patti misses you KK! Grandma and grandpa great miss you too. We all think about you and your brother and sister all the time. I can't wait until you can come back to Utah and visit us. We think you are so pretty and so smart and such an amazing girl! Your Mom is very lucky to have her best friend be someone like you! You just remember that we all love you and even though you are far away we will always love you and will think about you everyday. And every chance we get to see you and be hugged by you - we're gonna take it! And keep having your Mom put your pictures on the blog - I can get them off the blog and put them on my computer so I always have you with me! Love you!
Precious!!!! I'm so glad she is such a good girl and that you guys love each other so much. I love the picture of KK and me hugging! She is such a doll. She is gorgeous and she looks just like you Lauren. I can't wait to have a little girl and have the relationship you two do!
She is a sweet sweet girl! I will never forget her in that beautiful dress at Mari's wedding reception sitting on a bench by herself indulging in a few chocolate covered strawberries. Her face was covered in chocolate! She looked soooo happy! And of course, so beautiful. What a princess! ~jessica
