How's the Fam?

My beautiful children....

Lily on a typical day home with mommy. Asking to give me kisses. So sweet!! :)

Jackson after his first grade program. He had a speaking part and did so well!! :)

KK right before swim. She is so excited about swimming, its adorable. LOOOVE her.

How's The Fam? Well they are all good!! KK started swim team "prep" 2 days a week. She LOVES to swim, and cannot wait until her strokes are down perfect so that she can actually compete in swim meets! She is also in choir and sings her little heart out at practices 1 night a week. AND she had a birthday..... she turned 9. Yep, 9. Don't worry.... I am totally freaking out! For some reason my Birthdays- never a big deal. But my kids?!?! I think... "NOOOOO!!!! Stop growing!!! Stay tiny forever!". They never listen to me.... I think Jeni described it as "sappy" (as in sad/happy), once on her blog.... she nailed the feeling perfectly. So KK turning 9. Yeah, that'sa big freaking deal around here.

Jackson has been in Basketball camp 1 night a week, and trying to conquer all things Mario the other nights. He cannot wait until he gets to play Baseball again this spring, but until then, we have LOTS of indoor sports camps planned. Jackson just did his first grade play. He had a speaking part, and wasn't even nervous. He just got up and did it! I was so proud. J also had a birthday in January. Turned 7. WOW... its killing me.

Lily has been working hard in speech, and making progress with her language delay. She is learning her ABC's, and doing so well! I am so proud of her. I just love my happy munchkin. She is always giving me kisses, and making us all smile.

My kids are the cutest. Enough said.

Patrick still thinks he is God's gift to the world.... but that's pretty much normal for him, so no real change on that front. I love my Patrick. :) That's us the past few weeks! OH BTW did I mention I am running again? ;) Yep still excited.

I love the shout-out!
Lily is getting so gorgeous. That hair!
My friend left a quote she'd read on my blog once that said,
"It kills us to see our kids grow up. But it'd kill us faster if they didn't."
