Lily turns 1!

We were in UT during Lily's first Birthday, and I was not going to worry about a party because it was getting too complicated. But my mother wouldn't hear of the day not being celebrated. So she whipped up a little something to celebrate during one of our "sunday dinners"! Lady Bug cupcakes, for the Lila-bug! :) Aren't they cute!?! Then she made a big one for Lily that had cute little lady bugs crawling all over it. My mom is so creative- she just made all of this up on the spot! I admire her so much and hope to be just like her! :) Anyway, so this is lily's special day- made even more special by grandma.

I feel so blessed that Lily came to our little family. 1 year ago from the day you see here all I could think about was meeting her and wanting to start our life together! She is my little sweetheart and I can't imagine life without her. :)
